Golf Balls
The rules of golf state that the golf ball must weigh no more than 45.93 grams, its diameter must not be less than 42.67mm and that its shape may not differ from a symmetric sphere.
All golf balls on sale today are dimpled; the dimples help the ball to travel further through the air. Most golf balls have between 300 to 450 dimples. Balls are commonly white however there are colored golf balls available on the market, which can help identify it from your playing partners or if the ball gets lost!
Used and reconditioned golf balls are also available to purchase. Used golf balls are golf balls that have been played and may have been lost or hit into a water hazard; these are then cleaned up and resold. Reconditioned, or refurbished, golf balls are different; these may look new however they are used balls with a new cover, paint or logo placed on. Reconditioned balls may not be in as good condition and the ball core may be damaged.
